Essential Criteria:
• Age - 25 - 35 yrs
• Gender - Female
• Experience - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a beauty therapist. Must have experience with Facials and treatments for face and body.
• Qualification - Beauty Therapist (NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO) or local equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to multi-task and detail orientated person.
• Team player
• Impeccable timekeeping and punctuality.
• Good English communication skills.
• Should have excellent consulting and selling skills
• Provide outstanding spa treatments to the clients
• Maintain the highest level of comfort, service and create a genuine, warm and welcoming environment for the clients
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms
• Follow the spa's standard operating procedures and policies
• Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly organized and presentable
• Should have the ability to remain calm under pressure
