The Role

The Director, U.S. Co-Brand Cards will be joining an exciting and growing team at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, charged with growing and optimizing the U.S. credit card program. In this role, the candidate will drive program growth through new features and benefits, lead program reporting/analytics, and establish go-forward operational and financial processes to ensure excellence. This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the most impactful initiatives and partnerships at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

What you'll do

• Manage the development and implementation of new card features and benefits to drive long-term card program growth. This includes opportunity identification, impact assessment, liaising with technical teams, and overall project management.
• Lead credit card program reporting and analytics through optimizing/automating existing reporting, identifying gaps, and establishing new reporting tools/processes.
• Manage various internal audit requirements and controls, serving as strategic liaison across key stakeholder teams across finance, accounting, internal audit, and external partners.
• Drive process improvements to improve program effectiveness and reduce errors. This includes streamlining the collection and management of merchant category codes.
• Support the overall management of high-profile and dynamic partnerships with bank issuers, payment networks, and strategic partners.
• Partner across the co-brand team and marketing organization on various marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years in project management
