Nainital, Uttarakhand, 23^rd August 2024 – Naini Habitat Developers Private Limited (NHDPL), a renowned real estate company with interest in hotels, housing and townships, is pleased to announce its partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to open Ramada Resort and Residences in Nainital, Uttarakhand. This franchise agreement signing highlights NHDPL’s dedication and commitment to enhancing the hospitality experience in the destination.

Ramada Resort and Residences by Wyndham Nainital will have about 155 keys including villas. It will feature facilities like All Day Dining & Bar Lounge, Banquet Halls, Lawns, Meeting Rooms, Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool and Recreational Facilities. The hotel is currently greenfield and is expected to open in 2027.

Nainital is a popular hill station with numerous tourist spots located in the Kumaon foothills of the outer Himalayas in the state of Uttarakhand. Our hotel is situated strategically on 8 acres of land surrounded by hills near the famous Kainchi Dham ashram. The hotel would provide tourists with an experience of mountain views with lush landscapes and an opportunity for guests to take up hiking trails, boating in Nainital’s lakes and plan various activities being in close vicinity to these options.
