Mary Killiny, Cluster Front Office Manager
A pivotal member of the Wyndham team, Mary Killiny joins as the Cluster Front Office Manager where she will contribute to the overall performance of the hotel by leading and managing the Front Office Team including Front Office, Switchboard, Guest Relations and Concierge.
A warm and hospitable person, Mary communicates effectively with all levels of associates and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Her professional acumen spans 15 years across the GCC region in markets including Egypt, Qatar and the UAE at notable hotels such as Sheraton Grand, St. Regis Hotel, Fairmont Towers Heliopolis, among other.

Giampaolo Scarfi'- Cluster FoodandBeverage Manager
Overseeing the overall functioning of the Food and Beverage department at the hotel including meeting and events, restaurants, and room service, Giampaolo, an Italian national, will provide strategic direction to the team with the aim of achieving optimum financial returns for the hotel, whilst ensuring highest levels of associate and guest satisfaction.
Along with maintaining the highest standard for all day-to-day operations, Giampaolo will also work towards enhancing the brand visibility for the hotel's food and beverage outlets whilst keeping the revenue and cost under control.
With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Mr. Giampaolo Scarfi'has worked at some of the best hotels across the European and GCC markets including Hilton Hotels Resorts, Barcelo'Hotels Resorts, The Ritz London, among others.

Shayne Monasterio Cluster Marketing Manager
Appointed as the Cluster Marketing Manager, Shayne Monasterio, will be instrumental in devising and implementing the marketing strategy of Days Hotel by Wyndham. She will also be responsible for coordinating campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analyzing and optimization, in line with the hotels business plan and in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as local requirements and regulations.
Shayne holds a wealth of knowledge with 15 years of marketing and public relations experience, most recently working as a cluster marketing manager and public relations for six hotels at Yas Island Yas Plaza Hotels including Crowne Plaza, Staybridge Suites, Radisson Blu, Park Inn, Rotana and Centro.

Juan Marsh,Cluster Training Manager
A seasoned trainer with 17 years of professional experience, Juan Marsh has been appointed as the Cluster Training Manager to contribute to the performance of the hotel by managing and leading the learning and development functions at the property. In his current role, Juan will conduct training needs analysis and implement action plans to address said needs; coordinate with department trainers to deliver Wyndham Hotels Resorts (WHR) training; oversee and support skills and standards training as well as conduct Management Development Modules.
He has completed his MSc. in International Human Resource Management at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, prior to which he also received a Diploma in Learning and Development from the CIPD, UK, and Certification for Training Practices and Teaching English from University of Leicester, UK and Trinity College, UK, respectively.
Prior to joining the Wyndham Hotels Resorts group, Juan was a key member of the Jumeirah Group in the UAE from 2004 to 2021. His responsibilities included training and coaching individuals, as well as building a skilled, vibrant and agile workforce.
