Stitch, alter, and repair hotel staff uniforms as required.
Handle guest garment alteration or repair requests promptly and professionally.
Measure employees for proper uniform fitting and maintain accurate records.
Maintain inventory of tailoring materials (thread, buttons, zippers, etc.) and request replenishment when needed.
Ensure all tailoring equipment is maintained in good working condition.
Collaborate with the Uniform Room / Laundry team to organize and issue clean, well-maintained uniforms.
Assist in labeling and organizing uniforms to ensure proper allocation.
Maintain a clean and orderly tailoring workstation.
Follow all health and safety standards and hotel SOPs.
