We are seeking an individual with a passion for learning and development to support the growth and development of our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs, providing training.
-Identify and assess future and current training needs.
-Develop and implement training strategies and programs that addresses needs and expectations in all areas.
- Manage the Learning & Development budget and ensure training programs are cost-effective
- Develop a variety of innovative training methods specific to hospitality industry.
- Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure objectives are met.
Strong communication skills are essential in effectively guiding employees through their learning journey.
You have proven experience of 5 years in designing learning courses and managing budgets. Ideally you have understanding of Hospitality industry needs.
