We are currently looking for passionate and dynamic Kitchen professional to join our team.
What you will be doing:
As Commi s2 you are responsible for the oversight of all culinary dishes that are prepared in cold section.
-Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operation.
- Take orders from Chef de Partie and carry them out in the correct manner
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions.
- Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
Must have similar experience working in hotel environment in UAE.
A person in this role must be very organized and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
Must have similar experience working in 5* hotel environment•
Must be very knowledgeable about their specialty.
