With an impressive 18-year track record in the hospitality industry, Mohamed Ahmed Elatik brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
Having joined Mercure Hotel Suites & Apartments as the Front Office Manager in June 2022, Mohamed has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of hotel operations. Throughout his tenure, he has effectively managed all front office operations, including guest arrivals and departures, while consistently driving the department's financial performance to new heights.
Mohamed's journey in the hospitality industry began in 2003 at Hyatt Regency Taba Heights, where he developed a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Over the years, he has refined his skills and expanded his knowledge by working with renowned hotel brands such as Kempinski, Accor, and IHG in the United Arab Emirates.
Mohamed Elatik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from Alexandria University in Alexandria, Egypt. His educational background, combined with his extensive hands-on experience, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's best practices and trends.
With his promotion to Rooms Division Manager, Mohamed will be heading Housekeeping, Recreation and Front Office department. His commitment to excellence and ability to drive operational efficiency make him an invaluable asset to the hotel's continued success.
