POSITION SUMMARY
The main function of the Service Express Attendant is to provide efficient and accurate delivery and pick up of items to and from guest rooms, whilst providing exceptional guest service. The chosen candidate will be engaging in guest interactions by following the brand's service standards in order to make the guests feel welcome and special.
Other responsibilities include greeting and escorting guests to their room to ensure they are set for their stay, in-room dining and luggage services. The attendant will be responding to guest inquiries and requests in an efficient and friendly manner whilst ensuring that any requested items and amenities are delivered to the guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
