Job Description For Sales Executive - International Group - Reactive
Job Summary:
This role focuses on converting leads acquired by the Proactive team in the international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) market into confirmed business. The Sales Executive will work closely with clients to understand their needs, refine proposals, and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to signed contract. The position plays a critical role in maximizing revenue, enhancing client satisfaction, and strengthening the hotel's competitive position in the international market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management and Follow-Up:
- Analyze and manage leads passed from the Proactive team, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
- Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their needs and refine proposal content.
- Respond promptly and professionally to move leads through the sales funnel to confirmation.
2. Proposal Development and Customization: - Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements and expectations.
- Create and deliver professional presentations, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Negotiate contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for the client and the hotel.
3. Relationship Building: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the Proactive team, operations team, and catering team to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
- Deliver a positive client experience that builds long-term trust and loyalty.
4. Conversion Optimization: - Implement strategies to improve the conversion rate from proposals to confirmed contracts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Analyze competitor offerings to position the hotel's proposals more effectively.
5. Reporting and Feedback: - Track and report conversion rates, revenue, and client feedback on a regular basis.
- Provide actionable insights to improve the proposal process and product offerings.
