POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to assist the Director of Quality in various quality assurance activities. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury hospitality industry, focusing on operational excellence, guest experience, and quality management.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Intern, you will assist the Director of Quality and the team in the following tasks:
Operational Audits and Inspections: Support the team in conducting quality checks of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with brand standards.
Guest Feedback Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing guest reviews and satisfaction survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Training Support: Assist in organizing and documenting quality-related training sessions for staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
Brand Compliance Monitoring: Help prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards.
Issue Resolution Documentation: Observe and assist in recording guest complaints and support the development of preventative measures in collaboration with various departments.
Sustainability and Hygiene: Assist in monitoring compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability protocols.
Reporting and Communication: Support the preparation of detailed quality performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables), PowerPoint (presentation creation)
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with data analysis processes and an ability to interpret findings effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
Passion for quality management and guest satisfaction in the luxury hospitality sector.
