We are looking for you to join us as the Backoffice Operations Manager for the Corendon Village Hotel. This 4-star Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel opened its doors in the spring of 2018 in Badhoevedorp. The hotel consists of three separate wings: Plaza, Apartments & Urban. Together, they feature 680 rooms, suites, studios, and apartments. The hotel also boasts multiple restaurants, bars, spa facilities, a swimming pool, a cinema, and eleven multifunctional meeting rooms.

What Does the Role Entail?
As a Backoffice Operations Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating back-office operational activities across the hotel. You will ensure efficient processes, compliance with Corendon guidelines, and a high level of guest service:
Ensuring smooth operations for departments such as Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
Coordinating with department heads to deliver exceptional guest service.
Handling guest inquiries and potential escalations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Managing all matters related to Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Maintenance that occur outside of the operational floor.
Implementing and monitoring the budget.
Creating staff schedules.
Providing administrative support.
Reporting directly to the General Manager.
