Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, White Lodging Services Corp. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

What You'll Do:

The Night Audit Supervisor oversees the Night Audit function and reconciles the hotel's revenue while ensuring that figures balance. Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering exceptional guest service, anticipating needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Supervising and scheduling Night Audit staff, including training and development.
• Acting as the manager on duty for the third shift and handling any security or guest issues.
• Balancing daily financials, credit card reconciliations, and preparing reports for management.
• Maintaining a calm, orderly work environment in collaboration with Security and other departments.
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.
