Job Description For Marketing Executive - Excelsior Hotel Gallia
POSITION SUMMARY
- Contributes to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional communication platforms.
- Works with the Operations, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Sales departments to create campaigns and activations aimed at in-house guests and the local community.
- Assists in creating engaging content for the website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Supports the development of the editorial calendar and the creation of content and campaigns for social media.
- Manages the continuous update of content on social and digital channels, including the hotel website and OTAs.
- Actively monitors online reputation, ensuring that all communication reflects the brand's tone and personality.
- Supports the planning and execution of PR initiatives and events, researching new experiences and ideas.
- Provides assistance in organizing and executing photo and video shoots.
- Analyzes and monitors the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activities.
- Conducts competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Collaborates in managing partnership, influencer, and press requests.
- Provides general administrative support, as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital, or related fields within the luxury hospitality sector, preferably.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly social media management tools.
- Bonus: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferably Adobe.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
