JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Manager of HR Technology to join our team and play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our processes through the evolution of technological capabilities across the Talent Acquisition eco-system to support enterprise HR Strategies. Central to this role is the ability to serve as an internal consultant and solution provider to TA on the strategic use of Oracle-based capabilities as a solution. This individual will be a key player in collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into system requirements, and implementing efficient solutions using Oracle HCM/ORC as the central footprint. CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education & Experience
Required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience configuring and delivering solutions in Oracle HCM or equivalent HCM system and adjacent technologies for Talent Acquisition
• A "systems thinker" capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable technical plan
• Excellent stakeholder management with communication skills
Preferred
• Oracle Cloud certifications (HCM Cloud or ORC)
Core Work Activities
• Collaborate on the Talent Acquisition technology roadmap, ensuring it aligns with HR objectives and delivers optimal, best-practice solutions for users.
• Clearly communicate complex system concepts to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in.
• Partner with the Director of Technology to evaluate technical complexity of requirements, ensuring critical requirements and scalable solutions for the end user are identified.
• Design, build, and functionally configure within Oracle HCM and connected platforms as appropriate to deliver solutions.
• Test new configurations and work with partners to write user stories and acceptance test criteria for features and detailed functional & non-functional requirements for the configuration and engineering efforts.
• Identify and proactively address potential issues, escalate as needed, and ensure timely delivery of programs.
• Collaborate across teams and creatively solve problems to constructively balance priorities and overcome or remove blockers required to successfully deliver a new product or feature to meet the needs of end users.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying agile principles to design, develop, and deliver compensation programs efficiently.
• Collaborate with Global Technology to align on the direction of technology projects, including estimating costs, defining scope, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and formulating delivery strategies
The salary range for this position is $93,400 to $140,900 annually.
