JOB SUMMARY
We are searching for Credit Card Marketing Manager with a proven background in the banking and financial retail industry. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that will drive credit card awareness, enhance customer loyalty, and foster strategic partnerships with banks. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in credit card marketing, a deep understanding of the banking sector, and a proven ability to navigate the complexities of financial services marketing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, program management, or a related function within the banking industry, with a proven track record in credit card marketing.
- Market Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop programs to market credit card products and support sales efforts.
Preferred
- Cross-Sector Experience: Experience in both banking and financial retail sectors, with a focus on credit card marketing and customer lifecycle management.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media, self-service options, and cross-device communication, to enhance the customer experience and promote credit card products.
- Regulatory Understanding: knowledge of credit card products, product delivery, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES - Support on Strategic Partnership Development: work with senior management to establish and nurture relationships with banking partners to expand credit card services and increase market penetration, align with our brand's global strategy and local relevance, creating immersive and memorable experiences for our guests.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at driving credit card acquisition and usage, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
- Lifecycle Management: Apply expertise in user lifecycle management to design strategies that enhance customer loyalty and maximize the value of each customer interaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on fintech trends and their impact on the credit card market, ensuring our marketing strategies are aligned with the latest industry developments.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with banking regulations and data protection standards, safeguarding the brand's reputation and avoiding legal issues.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Marketing, brand, and Media, to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives.
