Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, White Lodging Services Corp. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Compensation starts at $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

What You'll Do
• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
• Additional reasonable duties as required.

What You'll Bring
• A positive attitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications preferred
• Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management required
