Overview:

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Lounge Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all day to day operations at our lobby bar, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory and ordering. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktails, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to control costs
• Proficient in menu planning and development
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• ServSafe certification is a plus
