Job Description For Learning & Development (Termed Contract)
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Director of Learning and Development on day-to-day administrative tasks
- Track corporate learning compliance
- Maintain and upkeep the Learning Room
- Sending learning notifications
- Tracking of Learning Coaches' scorecard and other administrations
- Learning courses, sponsorship, bond administrations
- Invoices and payment
- Cross learning - internal and external
- Tracking of food hygiene certification
- Setting up of learning room and preparation of learning materials
- Post learning administrations (attendance, test completion, etc)
- Tracking of monthly learning plans / reports administrations
- Campus relations / outreach - local schools
- Supporting the Director of Learning and Development on creating personalised career development plans for managerial employees
