Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for an INTERNSHIP in HR - Culture and Communications to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive intern to join our Human Resources department, with a particular focus on communication and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook, and will be involved in various projects, including recognition and corporate well-being programs, as well as activities involving the entire team.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
The start date is expected for May.

Working in a newly opened luxury lifestyle hotel is an incredible opportunity to gain strong expertise in hospitality and a great exposure to Marriott International EMEA leaders. This can remarkably accelerate your career growth within the company and provide you the right tools to be involved in other openings at national and international level. What You'll Do:
- Create and present slides for corporate events, recognitions, and engagement activities (e.g., Employee of the Month, birthday celebrations, internal corporate communications).
- Manage corporate engagement events/programs with the aim of increasing employee engagement.
- Plan activities and initiatives that promote active employee participation and strengthen the sense of belonging to the company.
- Support the creation of visual materials for corporate well-being initiatives, including health programs and other team-building activities.
- Support internal communication regarding engagement and well-being initiatives, keeping employees informed and involved.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize corporate events and team engagement activities.
- Support the management of the company's LinkedIn HR channel by posting content.
Administrative Support for Talent & Training:
- Assist the Talent & Training team in the administrative management of internships, including required documentation, managing training programs, and preparing materials.
Payroll Support:
- Provide support in managing employee records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure that employee information is accurate and readily available for administrative processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating visually appealing presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in human resources, particularly in communication and engagement activities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent level of the English and Italian languages
