What are my responsibilities?
As a Human Resources Manager, you report to the Director of Human Resources. You are representing the Renaissance brand to all ambassadors of the hotel and you answer all their questions and concerns. You are always there to give inspiring advice to everyone. It is your passion to recruit hospitality professionals. You are responsible for the hiring and recruitment process in the hotel, by updating our recruitment channels, screening and interviewing candidates to ensure compliance with our lifestyle brand. Absenteeism management and trainings are an important part of your responsibilities as well. You coach the Human Resources team on the job and you work closely with other department heads.

To be eligible for this position you...
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management.
- Have experience in Human Resources, preferably in a hotel.
- Can communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- Can work independently, have excellent time management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Love working with people!

A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed. The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has a very high focus on sustainability and will aim to become an enhancement to the city of Amsterdam.
