Job Description For Human Resources Internship as of February (French and English)
1. JOB TITLE:
Human Resources Intern
2. REPORTING AND FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reporting to:
Human Resources Director
Functional Relationships:
- All hotel services and departments
3. MAIN MISSIONS: - Administrative management
- Recruitment
- HR communication / Event organization
4. TASK DETAILS (by main missions): Administrative Management: - Preparation of attendance sheets and submission of monthly hours
- Preparation of the monthly calendar
- Participation in internal audits
- Follow-up and administrative management
- Management of HR supply orders
Recruitment: - Organization of selected applicant files
- Conducting phone interviews
- Drafting negative responses
HR Communication / Event Organization: - Handling phone calls
- Internal notes and postings
- Preparing internal and external employee events (staff party, etc.)
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly communications for the chain
5. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent in French and English
- Availability and versatility
- Strong spelling and writing skills
- Keen sense of confidentiality
- Excellent presentation
The list of tasks above is not exhaustive. The intern's level of responsibility will increase throughout the internship, once they have demonstrated a strong knowledge of the hotel and services, the ability to learn, and a level of autonomy aligned with our expectations
