Job Description For HR Administrator (The Westin Dragonara Resort)
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking to recruit a motivated individual who is excited about the opportunity to learn and grow within the HR field. The HR Administrator will be supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and will receive training in all areas not limited to recruitment, employee relations, HR systems and payroll. The main duties will include:
- taking a leading role in the application and renewals of work permits of Third Country Nationals
- assisting with daily administrative tasks including preparation of employment contracts, certificates and other required documentation
- supporting in the recruitment process of junior level candidates
- supporting in the property's onboarding program as well in the coordination and delivery of orientation sessions
- inputting in the HR systems as required
- assisting with the update of training records and assisting in training initiatives
- acting as a point of contact for employees and supporting with their requests, whilst bringing to the attention of the HR management any issues or challenges
- helping with payroll related tasks
- supporting the team with social events and taking a leading role in assigned events
Requirements:
- A minimum of A-Level standard of education with at least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision
