Job Description For Hostess

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, ACHM Spain Management, S.L. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

The host/hostess welcomes both in-house and external guests from their arrival until they are seated in the different restaurant outlets. This person is responsible for greeting, seating, accommodating, and bidding farewell to guests in the hotel's dining venues.

They manage, record, and confirm reservations for the F&B department through the hotel's reservation management system and oversee the capacity and guest flow in the terrace/bar.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure menus are updated, clean, well-stocked, and wrinkle-free.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, following on-the-go cleaning procedures.
Promote sales and upselling.
Communicate effectively with different F&B department managers to ensure service success and customer satisfaction.
Record and report customer feedback to managers on duty.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Spanish.
Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Part-time position, with flexible hours mainly concentrated on weekends, when business volume is higher.
