Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, ACHM Spain Management, S.L. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
You will be the host for both in-house and external guests, welcoming them from their arrival and assisting them until they are seated in the various dining outlets. You will be responsible for greeting, seating, accommodating, and bidding farewell to guests in the hotel's F&B outlets. You will also manage, register, and confirm F&B reservations using the hotel's reservation system, as well as control the occupancy and guest flow on the terrace/bar.
You will review menus to ensure they are up-to-date, clean, abundant, and wrinkle-free. You will keep the work areas organized and clean throughout the day, practicing on-the-go cleaning procedures.
You will actively encourage sales.
You must communicate with the different F&B managers to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction. It is essential to pass along and record guest feedback to the shift managers.
The selected candidate must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
You must comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Education in Hospitality and/or Tourist Accommodation Management
At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles in 4*/5* hotels or restaurants is valued
High level of English
