• Oversee all operations of the Restaurant kitchen in collaboration with the Executive Chef
• Provide strategic guide and operational support
• Responsible for the establishment of the whole menu of the restaurant, bar, and room service
• Lead the culinary team regarding all aspects of food production, set ups & timings for daily events
• Be a thoughtful and supportive leader by teaching and coaching the team
• Ensure there is management support and presence visible throughout each service period
• Understand guest requirements, delivering service excellence through each customer experience
• Ensure compliance to Work, Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst upholding core values
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications to culinary arts
- At least three years of experience in professional kitchens, preferably in fine dining or luxury establishments
- Spanish in B2 level is required for this position
- Mastery of advanced cooking techniques and diverse cuisines
- Extensive knowledge of high-quality ingredients and their sourcing
- Ability to create/develop innovative and sophisticated menus
- Ability to consider seasonality, dietary restrictions, and cost factors
- Proficiency in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
