Excellent Communication Skills in English and Spanish: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and hotel staff.
Customer Service-Oriented: Proactive attitude focused on meeting and exceeding guest needs and expectations.
Conversational English Proficiency.
Knowledge of the Local Area: Familiarity with key attractions and tourist activities to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, such as handling guest requests, completing reports, and performing operational duties.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure that every guest interaction is handled with precision and professionalism.
Hotel Management System Knowledge: Previous experience or the ability to quickly learn hotel management systems to process requests and maintain accurate records.
