Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer at The St. Regis Doha, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. From designing artworks for our award-winning food and beverage outlets to creating social-first designs that drive engagement and revenue, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketing efforts. Your creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining brand consistency and elevating the guest experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design:
- Create regular artworks for our exciting food and beverage outlets, capturing the essence of each concept and enticing guests with visually stunning visuals.
- Design social-first content to support the commercial performance of the hotel and restaurants, including promotional campaigns, special offers, and events.
- Maintain collateral for our regular happenings and events, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across print and digital materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver on a 360-degree marketing plan, contributing innovative ideas and designs to drive brand awareness and revenue.
Skills Needed: - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics, with the ability to create dynamic visual content for social media and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand standards and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines while infusing creativity and innovation into designs.
- Expertise in social media content design, with a keen eye for trends and an understanding of what resonates with target audiences.
- Animation skills preferred, with the ability to bring designs to life through captivating motion graphics and visual effects.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and luxury lifestyle brands, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
