We are seeking an exceptional General Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry for a full-service hotel in Tulum. If you are a visionary leader with the ability to manage high-level operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience, this is your challenge!
Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and coordinate the entire operation of the hotel.
• Direct, supervise, train and motivate employees.
• Ensure coordination between all areas for hotel activities.
• Annually budget income and expenses according to programmed goals in conjunction with general management.
• Ensure compliance with health, work safety, licensing and other legal regulations.
• Supervision, management and control of the administration.
• Monitoring of the follow-up to the internal work regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum experience of 5 years as a hotel manager or similar position.
• Use of conversational English.
• Knowledge of hotel management practices, standards, badges, laws and guidelines corresponding to the hotel business.
• Excellent service skills, customer service, decision making.
• Leadership skills and great attention to detail.
• Problem management and resolution.
