🎯 Your Main Responsibilities
Operational duties:

Daily monitoring of accounting operations: verification, control, allocation, and data entry

Participation in monthly closings, meeting reporting deadlines

Cash control and reconciliation

Monitoring and validation of customer payments and staff commissions

Implementation and oversight of internal financial procedures

Reporting of non-compliances in the absence of the Controller or Financial Assistant

Compliance with service and presentation standards, as well as internal regulations, collective labor agreement, and the Marriott Code of Conduct

🛠 Profile Sought

Excellent command of core accounting principles

Confirmed experience with accounting software and industry tools (POS, Micros, Delphi, etc.)

Precision, organization, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility

Analytical and synthesis skills

Team player, reliable, courteous, and professional

Fluent in English and French

Degree or certification in accounting (Federal certificate/brevet / HES or equivalent to a French accounting diploma)
