Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Courtyard by Marriott Hamburg Airport. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

- Organisation of smooth operations and optimal care and accommodation for our discerning international guests
- Support and management of the team in the operational area
- Monitoring and compliance with international Courtyard brand standards
- Preparation and control of arrivals and departures
- Checking room occupancy and ensuring hotel capacity utilisation in cooperation with the reservations department and sales management
- Constant distribution of information and coordination with all relevant departments
- Complaints management

- Completed Apprenticeship in the upscale hotel industry
- ideally already some experience in the front office area or as a shift leader
- Commitment, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- sound knowledge of MS Office applications and Opera (Marsha knowledge desirable but not essential)
