We are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is crucial to our team, as the Front Office is the first point of contact with our guests and plays a key role in shaping their stay.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily Front Office operations, ensuring service quality and meeting hotel standards and guest expectations.
Set goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and efficiently complete tasks.
Handle guest complaints, resolve disputes, and mediate conflicts to ensure guest satisfaction.
Supervise staffing levels to optimize guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives.
Foster continuous communication with the team to align departmental objectives with those of the hotel.
Ensure the team receives proper and ongoing training in customer service and operational procedures.
Oversee reservation management and room assignments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
Support human resources management in recruiting, onboarding, and developing the Front Office team.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Manager.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and develop teams.
High proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, especially Opera PMS.
Customer service-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
