Main Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations Management
Oversee and supervise the reception, concierge, guest relations, and bell desk teams.
Ensure a luxury service aligned with JW Marriott standards.
Coordinate guest flow, ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs.
Guest Experience Management
Provide personalized service and handle any guest complaints or incidents.
Implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction (surveys, real-time feedback).
Coordinate tailored services for VIP guests and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programs.
Team Leadership and Management
Lead, motivate, and train the Front Office staff.
Ensure compliance with Marriott Bonvoy hospitality standards.
Supervise scheduling, shift planning, and workload distribution.
Operational and Administrative Management
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, check-in/out times, and guest satisfaction.
Manage and optimize procedures to improve service efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and brand policies.
Coordination with Other Departments
Work closely with housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to guarantee service excellence.
Ensure rooms are prepared on time and meet quality standards before guest arrival.
Participate in strategic meetings to enhance hotel operations.
Experience: 3-5 years in Front Office management in luxury hotels (preferably within brands such as JW Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, etc.).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Guest-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
Knowledge of hotel systems: Opera, Marriott Bonvoy, and other hospitality management tools.
