The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for you as Front Office Manager!

What are my responsibilities?
As Front Office Manager you are responsible for the Reception, Guest Services, Navigators and the intriguing Club Lounge. You focus on Front Office operations, including arrivals/departures, associate and guest satisfaction, and improve financial performance of the hotel. You train, motivate and coach your team and you serve as a role model. You provide guidance and feedback to help individuals develop and strengthen skills and abilities needed to accomplish work objectives.

As Front Office Manager you are responsible for providing our guests with an inspirational stay with unique discoveries they will always remember and want to share with their world.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Front Office Manager who 'lives life to discover' and brings personal style to every experience. You are passionate about hospitality and you want to inspire your team. You build relationships and interact with others in a way that builds openness, trust, and confidence in the pursuit of organizational goals and lasting relationships. You understand customer needs and set high standards of performance.

To be eligible for this position you...
- Have a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related major.
- Have experience in a Front Office management position or related.
- Can communicate fluently in English and preferably in Dutch.
- Have international working experience.

A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed. The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has a very high focus on sustainability and will aim to become an enhancement to the city of Amsterdam.
