Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, AC Victoria Suites Hotel The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

AC Victoria Suites is a four-star hotel belonging to Marriott International, the world's largest hotel chain. The hotel is located in Barcelona, in the Pedralbes area, and is seeking a new talent as a Front Desk Agent.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals with initiative, responsibility, and a clear commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The main duties are:

- Perform customer service tasks, following the chain's standards and programs, including individual reservations, occupancy-related management, and room sales.
- Check-in and check-out, managing VIP guest services and requests.
- Attracting guests for the chain's loyalty program, handling guest requests, residential concierge, and resolving complaints and claims.
- Performing billing, collection, and cash-counting duties.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Required Language: English - Professional

- Knowledge of the OPERA PMS. Knowledge of Marriott International tools (Marsha, GXP, Guest Voice) will be a plus.
- Motivation, good teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability to change will be a plus.
- Clear dedication to the customer
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a reception department
