We are looking for our new Food & Beverage Manager to plan, organize, and oversee all operations within the Food and Beverage department, ensuring exceptional service, quality standards, and profitability. The role involves managing staff, optimizing guest experiences, and aligning operations with the organization's goals and Marriott brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
• Supervise daily operations in all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee inventory, stock control, and procurement of supplies.
2. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and develop food and beverage staff.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.
3. Guest Satisfaction:
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest experiences.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Financial Management:
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Analyze financial performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
• Develop pricing strategies and menu optimization plans.
5. Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with other departments to align food and beverage services with overall hotel objectives.
• Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in food and beverage management (5+ years in a leadership role).
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, OPERA, MICROS).
Salary: $5000.00 negotiable
