Provide administrative and project management support to Owner & Franchise Transactions team including:
• Create, distribute and manage transaction due diligence and transaction announcements
• Prepare transaction related correspondence and documents
• Manage comfort letter process including regular due diligence requests, processing monthly billing and accounting
• Generate, maintain and distribute reports using internal database (OASIS)
• Help create and edit process documents
• Maintain process documents to remain current
• Update and manage interactive document templates
Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This position is expected to work between 32 - 40 hours per week and requires logging on between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm on a daily basis.
The pay range for this position is $24.23 to $40.96 per hour.
