Job Description For FLEX Senior Program Specialist, Consulting and Planning
This is a temporary position.
The Sr. Program Specialist, Consulting & Planning is a member of the Global Consulting and Market Strategy & Planning Teams. The role performs administrative and project management functions in support of achieving the organization's strategic objectives. The role supports a group of individuals by conducting work that is generally project oriented and supports program coordination and administration across the teams.
Develops presentations and serves as the primary liaison between key stakeholders for scheduling and planning. Organizes internal meetings, events, and provides comprehensive support for team initiatives through both project related tasks and administrative assistance. Responsibilities include processing invoices, submitting expense reports, coordinating events, managing contracts, and supporting various projects. Additionally, the role involves handling confidential and sensitive information, maintaining organizational charts and assisting with the onboarding of new team members.

Education and Experience Required
- 4-year degree from an accrediteduniversity and 2+ years ofrelevant professional experience, or
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- Excellent PC skills including proficiency using spreadsheets and database applications
The pay range for this position is $22.01 to $38.65 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
