This is a temporary position.
The Senior Manager, Owner & Franchise Data Feed Product Support will manage the Marriott Owner and Franchisee Direct Data Feed Program to provide quality, timely and well-structured data to Marriott Owners and Franchisees. As part of the Owner & Franchisee BI Product Suite, Direct Data Feed Program provides Owners and Franchisees direct data access to create their own or leverage other Business Intelligence solutions to drive desired business outcomes with accurate and update to date information. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the program while assist in program expansion across multiple continents. The Senior manager will also coordinate multiple partner teams internally while maintain a healthy and interactive relationship with Owners and Franchisees.
The Senior Manager will also support managing and maintaining the Business Intelligence infrastructure for the business. This includes, but is not limited to, data management, troubleshooting, data coding, and report building, utilizing business intelligence solution software to ensure business continuity.
The Sr Manager should have a passion for how data can drive business strategy and better business decisions as well as maintain a vision for how to leverage data to tell a story.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality Management, Data Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or other quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years' prior experience in an analytical role or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with data reporting and analysis, dashboarding and visualizations.
• Strong dedication to details, data integrity and quality control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding Data & Analytics specific projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates having business or technical backgrounds.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
• Manage and maintain direct data feed program.
o Manage mailbox support, open ticket, coordinate troubleshoot session with Tech support team to ensure quality user experience.
o Collaborate with tech support team, CPP team and data experts to resolve complicated user issues.
o Closely monitor the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data feeds to ensure program quality.
o Facilitate communication with users in case of delay or inaccuracy,
o Educate and manage Owner and Franchisees' expectation and promote the program to help with expansion.
o Provide regular updates and reports to senior leaders from operation perspective.
• Assist with program design and enhancements.
o Gather user feedback to bring insights for program enhancements.
o Collaborate with data experts and business discipline teams to specify users' demand and ensure alignment with internal business goals.
o Keep track of technical team status on enhancement and provide timely reporting and updates to leaders and users.
o Facilitate office hours for users and monitor feedback prior and after program enhancement.
o Identify opportunities to optimize data feed processes and workflows, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of data delivery.
• Support the ongoing strategy of building best in class BI products to enable Marriott to be the preferred partner of our owner & franchisee community.
Additional Responsibilities
• Contribute to 3rd party vendor strategy and analysis.
o Monitor owners and franchisees' trend of leveraging key 3rd party vendors on the market.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of vendor's BI solutions.

The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $82.45 per hour.
