Job Description For F&B Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in coordinating food and beverage services, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
As a Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring proper setup, service flow, and adherence to quality standards.
- Support the team in managing guest requests, ensuring all special dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Assist in monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to ensure efficiency in service.
- Work closely with chefs, waitstaff, and other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Help with scheduling, training, and supporting the F&B team to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information.
- Greet and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure they have a memorable dining experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, working together to achieve common goals.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards for all food and beverage service areas.
- Perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and maintaining flexibility throughout your shift.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience Required: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
