We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef, capable of inspiring and leading our kitchen team, bringing innovation and high quality to our dishes.
To excel in this role, you should have:
• A deep knowledge of culinary techniques and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities, such as the continuous improvement of guests and employee satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervision and management of all kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and impeccable presentation of dishes.
• Development and creation of new menus, ensuring a balance between tradition and culinary innovation.
• Coordination and training of the kitchen team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Control of supplies and budget management, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
• Monitoring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaboration with management to ensure an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.
• Helping determines how food should be presented and creating decorative food displays.

Required Qualifications:
• Significant experience in a similar role, with 5 years of experience in international hotel brands in the culinary, food, and beverage industry or similar. Significant work experience abroad.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Deep knowledge of culinary techniques and hygiene standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage personnel and train the team.
• Creativity and ability to innovate in the menu, maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Standard and local knowledge (SOP and LSOPS) related to process management and work organization.
Desired Skills:
• Passion for cooking and dedication to excellence.
• Strong customer orientation and quality service.
• Ability to work in a team and leadership skills, establishing and maintaining open and collaborative relationships with employees and ensuring that employees do the same within the team, even in particularly stressful situations.
