Job Description For Events Executive - Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

Your place of work, what to expect

You'll be based at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel in a reactive, target-oriented setting, reporting to the Senior Events Manager. In this role you will work closely with Sales & Revenue departments as well as the hotel's Operations Departments to ensure a high standard of service delivery aiming to strengthen customer relations and loyalty. You will oversee all aspects of event from the enquiry stage to planning and execution.

What you'll do

• Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders
• Put together information packages, brochures and other promotional materials
• Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
• Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally
• Be a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to questions about hotel facilities and services
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Events
