Ensure and maintain an excellent level of customer service.
Support the preparation of investment budgets required for the proper functioning of the department.
Prepare internal and external event request reports and distribute them to relevant departments.
Verify that event setups align with the client's prior requests before the event opening and address any details to ensure a quality experience.
Maintain close communication and coordination with the sales department.
Review the daily and upcoming event and meeting schedules to efficiently allocate necessary resources for delivering the agreed-upon services.
Organize coordination meetings with departments involved during event execution.
Conduct post-event meetings to gather feedback for future events.
Follow up on charges and finalize all master accounts created in the Opera system for events.
Prepare reports requested by the Food and Beverage Manager.
Complete mandatory certifications and courses on the Marriott platform for required and additional areas.
Comply with cultural and service standards established by Enjoy Group and Marriott.
Attend training sessions as required by Human Resources.
University degree or high school diploma in fields such as business administration, marketing, hotel management, or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions within the hospitality industry.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office programs.
Advanced English language skills.
Strong leadership and assertive communication skills.
Residency in the Guanacaste area, near Liberia, Guardia, El Coco, Filadelfia, Sardinal, or Playa Hermosa.
Availability to work 6 days a week.
Desirable knowledge of systems such as Opera, Marsha, SFA Web, Empower Reservations.
