• Fluent English
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and meeting skills
• Open to learning and developing;
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.

• Hospitable, team player, capable to deal with competing demands, or multiple tasks, and to work under pressure and tight deadlines

As Event Management Secretary, you will:

• Acts as professional administrative support for the entire Events department;
• Manages the office supplies, using appropriate offer requirements, following standard procedures;
• Attends regular operational meetings taking minutes and preparing all materials in due time;
• Acts as a link between operational departments, being responsible for proper and timely communication;
• Coordinates with Event Managers for assigned projects; plans and details the internal events.
