JOB SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Online Site Operations Staff is responsible for the comprehensive management and operation of the company's online shop. This includes order processing, guest support, creation of necessary materials, shipping tasks, and inventory management. The role also involves managing the EC site, creating product pages, managing online inventory, and system management tasks such as analysis. Additionally, the staff will coordinate with vendors, manage personal and food hygiene information, and create business reports and work schedules in line with new product launches. The position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive interest in EC site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Online Shop Operations:
  • Order processing
  • Guest support (inquiry emails, phone calls)
  • Creation of necessary materials
  • Creation of shipping labels, packing, and shipping tasks
  • Ordering and inventory management of packing materials
  • Inventory management of chocolates and ordering to the chocolate kitchen
  • EC site management, product page creation, online inventory management, newsletter creation and distribution, image management, template creation, system management in general such as analysis
  • Sales data aggregation, booking, and report creation
  • Creation of management sheets related to order operations (for each season)
• Vendor Management:
  • Coordination with the system management company (during renovation work)
  • Instructions to the contracted warehouse company during busy periods (outsourcing some tasks) and comprehensive management of warehouse operations (parallel work with order operations and inquiry response)
• Others:
  • Thorough management of personal information
  • Thorough management of food hygiene
  • Creation of business reports (handover)
  • Creation of work schedules in line with new product launches

• Positive interest in operating EC sites
• Business-level Japanese proficiency for internal and external phone calls and email correspondence (response to inquiries, document creation)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in Excel functions
• Teamwork and flexibility

• More than 1 year of experience in operating EC sites
• Regular experience in creating manuals and business documents using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and coding experience in HTML/CSS
• Regular multitasking experience (handling multiple jobs at once)
