Role Overview:
As the Four Points Duty Manager, you will be a key leader within the Front Office Team, overseeing the daily operations of the Rooms department. Working closely with the Complex Rooms Division Manager, this role ensures the seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences through innovation, engagement, and leadership. The Duty Manager facilitates smooth arrivals and departures, handles guest complaints, and upholds Marriott Bonvoy standards to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty. In the absence of senior leadership, the Duty Manager acts responsible, ensuring guest safety and compliance with emergency procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences
- Anticipate and address guest service needs, handling complaints promptly and professionally
- Support and mentor associates, fostering a culture of empowerment, knowledge-sharing, and excellence
- Serve as the first responder during emergencies, ensuring guest safety and adherence to procedures
- Promote and upsell the hotel's venues and service to guests, driving revenue growth
- Develop strong relationships with guests, particularly Marriott Bonvoy members, to enhance loyalty
- Actively participate in problem-solving, reporting issues, and implementing solutions to improve service delivery
About You: - You will anticipate guests' service needs
- You will maintain customer loyalty and develop a strong following
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Have at least 2 years of experience preferably within a high-volume environment
- Opera experience is highly desirable
- Hands on leadership approach with a focus on developing our associates
- Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
- Ensure prompt resolution of any guest complaints, reporting any issues and recommending solutions
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in your role
- Maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- RMLV certificate is highly desirable
