The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who will lead and oversee all aspects of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) platform, driving strategic implementation, optimization and management to support talent acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder management with a multinational organization, strong leadership abilities, and experience managing vendor relationships. This role involves collaborating with various teams to address challenges, leveraging user insights, and ensuring data security and operational efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will align the Talent Acquisition technology roadmap with HR objectives, continuously assess market opportunities, and contribute to strategic HR technology planning. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction across all organizational levels.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, technology program management, HR technology, talent acquisition systems, or a related field.
- Proven success in managing stakeholders within a complex, international organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations, configurations, and optimizations.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and how they translate to technology requirements.
Preferred.
- Oracle Cloud certifications (HCM Cloud or ORC)
- Experience with complimentary recruiting technologies (assessment tools, CRM systems, etc.)
CORE WORK ACTIVITIESStakeholder Management
- Work collaboratively across various teams to creatively address challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and eliminate obstacles to ensure the successful launch of new products or features that satisfy user requirements.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition center of excellence as they drive strategic business needs for both the business and candidates, maximizing the capabilities of our current tools.
- Leverage "voice of the user" insights to inform process and technical solutions.
- In partnership with Talent Acquisition, internal technology partners, and providers, continually identify capability gaps and emerging needs to influence product roadmaps, while maintaining a strong emphasis on data security, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- In cooperation with relevant parties, pinpoint and endorse enhancements to systems and workflows, upholding adherence to established procedures and standards, safeguarding data accuracy, and meeting internal audit criteria.
- Collaborate with Global Technology to align on the direction of technology projects, including estimating costs, defining scope, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and formulating delivery strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate technology investment priorities and initiatives and determine resource allocation.
Technology
- Oversee end-to-end configuration of ORC to meet business requirements and recruiting workflows.
- Develop and maintain a structured approach to managing Oracle Cloud quarterly updates including impact assessment, testing strategies, and implementation planning.
- Collaborate on the Talent Acquisition technology roadmap, ensuring it aligns with HR objectives and delivers optimal, best-practice solutions for users.
- Work with leadership to continuously assess the market, seeking opportunities for the growth and improvement of Talent Acquisition initiatives, with the aim of enhancing Marriott's talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
- Oversee the support process, analyzing tickets and feedback to improve system health and identify enhancement opportunities through automation and other improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address technical debt in the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
- Aid in the advancement of the Talent Acquisition ecosystem, seeking to enhance technology and access, and influencing the adoption and deployment of new technologies.
- Contribute to Marriott's strategic HR technology planning, focusing on driving efficiency and process automation for measurable outcomes.
The salary range for this position is $117,700 to $187,300 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
