Job Description For Cluster Maintenance Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a trustworthy Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative assistance and support to the engineering team. The maintenance coordinator's responsibilities
- Monitoring of maintenance plans and contracts timely execution
- Follow up maintenance tasks with the rest of the team, and coordinate with relevant vendors and service providers.
- Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
- Putting rooms needing maintenance out of order and assist with completion of audits
- Coordinate with other departments in order to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues in timely manner
- Maintaining compliance documents and property information
- Keeping track of supply and material inventories, ordering and liaising with suppliers
- Coordinate and schedule with other departments in the event of major system shut down or major repair or improvement.
- Updating maintenance service sheets in Transcendent
- Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
- Keeping track of the maintenance team training
- Assisting in the security procedures and sustainability practises
Maintenance Coordinator Requirements: - Previous experience in similar role within the service industry is an advantage
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Data entry and attention to detail
