Job Summary
As per the Dutch Law, Candidates must hold a valid Dutch passport to be able to work in the Casino.
The Casino Player Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the player services department, ensuring an exceptional experience for casino guests, particularly high rollers and loyal players. This role involves managing staff, developing marketing strategies, and fostering relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or player services within a casino or gaming environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Working Conditions: - May require flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fast-paced casino environment with a focus on customer interaction.
