Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our restaurant operations. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers while enhancing the experience of existing ones.
1. Market Research:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
2. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the restaurant's goals and vision.
- Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for food and beverage venues to expand the customer base and drive revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities for food and beverage venues.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results for senior management for food and beverage venues.
3. Sales Initiatives:
- Represent the restaurant at community events and local networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the brand.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create initiatives that convert online engagement into in-restaurant visits, such as exclusive social media discounts and events.
- Work with external vendors and partners to explore promotional opportunities.
